• To maximize your time with the lash stylist, please come to your appointment with clean eyes or enough time to remove any eye makeup.​ If there is an excessive amount of eye makeup that the lash artist has to spend time removing, there will be a DEEP CLEANING charge added to your service

• We recommend that you remove your contact lenses for a more comfortable experience and to avoid any irritation ​

• Lash Tinting, Lash Lift, and Airbrush Tanning — should be done 48 hours before your lash extensions service.​

Please AVOID the following:

• Excessive exposure to heat, steam, sauna, and friction to the lashes

• Use of oil-based products around the eye area 

• Use of waterproof mascara and cosmetic products around the eye area

• Please do not use an eyelash curler to curl extensions

• 40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a FULL SET will need to be booked. Foreign fills are on a case-by-case basis. They may require more time or require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent.​

• Eyelash extension refill must be booked within 24 days of your previous lash extension service. After 24 days you are required to book for a FULL SET.

• If you must cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. 50% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time.

• Appointment will be canceled if you are 20 minutes late to the appointment, and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s).
